Q:Are you accepting window bids for this property? If so do you have a window schedule?
A:Yes. Window specs can be found on page A6.2 of the drawings.

Q:Who is responsible for installing the steel? Framer or steel fabricator?
A:We do have a price from a steel fabricator to install but please include steel installation if that's a service you provide.

Q:I need to have your specification for garage doors
A:Specs for the garage doors can be found on page A6.0 of the plans (Door Schedules)

Q:My question relates to the metal panel siding. Currently I am getting a quote for Tassie Fabrication to manufacture a panel to the specified size on the plans - 18" x 48". Was there a material supplier specification already picked? Just don't want to waste time or cost extra to fabricate something especially for this if you have a selection/manufacturer already chosen. Most of my metal siding suppliers are offering planks of various widths and lengths. For the cedar siding/trims do you prefer a thermally modified siding versus a select grade tight knot or fineline brushed cedar siding? Example would be Accoya by Delta Millworks or EDGE TMW siding
A:We are not yet looking for bids on anything in regards to finishes. Once the designer has completed their scope of work, we will send this back out for bid with all of the relevant selections.
